After working in Marico for 1.5 years handling both sales and marketing, Rohit Prakash started i-dream in October, 2008. Prior to working with Marico, he studied electronics engineering and completed his MBA in Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. At i-dream, Rohit looks after Content Designing, Marketing, business development and project management. He strongly believes that the right education has the power to create a more responsible citizenship and thereby transform mindsets.

2. Tripti Bansal, Head Environment Research (M.Sc Environmental Science – Delhi University):
Tripti joined i-dream in June, 2010 and since then has taken on several key roles in the organization. Prior to joining i-dream, Tripti completed her M.Sc in Environmental Studies from University of Delhi. While in M.Sc, she pursued her dissertation in Environmental Impact Assessment of Hydroelectric Projects. She has a keen interest in Biodiversity Conservation and Climate Change. At i-dream, she looks after research, content development, new product development and project management.

3. Nidhi Prabhakar, Head, Training and Content Development (M.Sc Environment Management, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashta University)
Nidhi joined i dream in July 2011.Prior to joining i dream she completed her Msc in Environment Management from Guru gobind singh Indraprastha University,Delhi.While in Msc she pursued her dissertation in 'Variation of particulate levels in outdoor and indoor environment of metro stations' with Central Road Research Institute(CRRI) Delhi. She has keen interest in Air Quality Modelling and Carbon Footprint.
At i-dream, Nidhi looks after environment training in schools and multi-media based interactive content development.
